Admission Process for 11th and 12th Standard
Step 1: Eligibility Criteria
For 11th Admission:
- Students must have successfully cleared the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or an equivalent examination.
- A minimum percentage as specified by the college or government guidelines is required.
For 12th Admission:
- Students must have successfully completed their 11th standard from a recognized board.
Step 2: Online and Offline Application
Online Application:
- Visit the official website of Chanakya Junior College: www.chanakyapune.in.
- Navigate to the “Courses” section and click on the relevant form for 11th or 12th admission.
- Fill out the application form accurately with the required details.
Offline Application:
- Collect the admission form from the college office during working hours.
- Fill out the form and attach the necessary documents.
Step 3: Document Submission
Submit the following documents along with the application form:
- SSC mark sheet (original and two photocopies).
- School leaving certificate (original and one photocopy).
- Passport-sized photographs (4 copies).
- Caste certificate (if applicable).
- Aadhaar card (photocopy).
- Migration certificate (for students from other boards).
Step 4: Merit List and Counseling
After the application deadline, the college will release a merit list based on the marks secured in the SSC exam or equivalent.
Shortlisted students will be invited for a counseling session to finalize the stream selection (Science or Commerce).
Step 5: Fee Payment
Once the admission is confirmed, pay the required fees as per the stream and category.
Fee payment can be made through online transfer, Demand Draft, or cash at the college office.
Step 6: Confirmation of Admission
After successful fee payment, students will receive an admission confirmation receipt.
Ensure that all documents are verified and retain the acknowledgment slip for future reference.
