Rules & Regulations
1. Attendance and Punctuality
- Students are expected to attend all lectures and practical sessions regularly. A minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory.
- Late arrivals disrupt the class; students must be punctual for all scheduled sessions.
- Leave applications must be submitted to the class teacher or principal well in advance with a valid reason.
2. Academic Discipline
- Students must complete and submit all assignments, projects, and examinations within the stipulated deadlines.
- Academic dishonesty, including cheating, plagiarism, or aiding others in such acts, is strictly prohibited.
- Respect for teachers, staff, and fellow students is expected at all times.
3. Dress Code
- Students must adhere to the prescribed dress code while on campus.
- Uniforms (if applicable) should be clean, well-maintained, and worn appropriately.
- Avoid wearing any attire that may be considered inappropriate or disruptive.
4. Campus Behavior
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited on campus.
- Use of mobile phones during lectures or other academic activities is not allowed unless permitted for educational purposes.
- Any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination will result in strict disciplinary action.
5. Use of College Facilities
- Students must treat all college property, including classrooms, laboratories, and library resources, with care.
- Any damages caused to college property must be reported immediately and may incur a penalty.
- Library books should be returned by the due date, and silence must be maintained within the library premises.
6. Co-Curricular and Extracurricular Activities
- Active participation in college events and activities is encouraged to foster holistic development.
- Students representing the college in events are expected to uphold the institution’s values and dignity.
7. Grievance and Complaints
- Students with grievances or complaints are encouraged to approach the Grievance Redressal Committee or the principal.
- Anonymous complaints will be reviewed, but actionable decisions will require proper identification.
8. Disciplinary Actions
- Any violation of these rules may lead to disciplinary actions, including verbal warnings, written notices, suspension, or expulsion, based on the severity of the offense.
9. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
- Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay informed about their ward’s academic progress and attendance.
- Attendance at parent-teacher meetings is mandatory.
10. General Conduct
- Respect the diversity and individuality of everyone on campus.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in classrooms, restrooms, and public spaces.
- Follow safety protocols and cooperate during emergency drills or situations.
